DESCRIPTION: Each May, Jordan Creek Town Center hosts a charity event titled the "Duck Derby" where rubber ducks with printed numbers are sold and placed into the lake. The duck that gets to the other side of the lake is the winner of a $10,000 prize. Estimated attendance for this event is between 7,000-10,000 people.
